The wait is over. I am now officially back to continue posting for the blog. It's been about a month and half of being quite busy, but I finally have enough free time that I can inform you of my more recent adventures. However, as I've been busy lately, I expect the same of some of my readers. If you don't have time to read the entirety of my next four posts-which will detail everything from my time with family in Washington, to the long drive I embarked on-this post will serve as a brief summary of all that happened.

In Kent, WA I not only saw my dad, bonus mom, and brothers, but I also saw my grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle, and my cousins. In Twisp I saw my mom and aunt. Both locations afforded me the chance to make some money.

After leaving Washington, I began a big drive to Saugerties, New York. The drive was long and involved multiple days of driving during the early day and then working out in the afternoon. I had numerous notable interactions and ultimately wasn't bothered by the long days.

However, my ultimate goal was to arrive in Saugerties on October 11th, where the second ever Hunter Exam was being held. For those of you wondering, this was the big event I was working towards in my last post. The Hunter Exam is a multi-phase athletic event that is based off of the popular anime "Hunter x Hunter". Each phase tests a different skill, like endurance, strength, social skills, or even mental acuity. And in each consecutive phase about half of the competitors are eliminated.

Overall, the last month and a half has been busy. But it has also been quite unique compared to the rest of my travels. I look forward to sharing all I have done in the next four posts.

Looking forward to hearing more about the Hunter Exam and how you do. Bet you'll do great!
Best wishes,
Good, Ole Pete
